Sign up is simple and in most cases your restaurant will be online in two weeks. (In times of heavy volume or in cases or missing information or technical issues it might take slightly longer.) You know we'll work to get you set up; we don't make money until we're driving more revenue for you!

Foodio can send orders in a few different ways. If you have a Point of Sale system, we can send orders directly there, minimizing disruption to your restaurant's workflow. Otherwise, we can send your restaurant's orders by fax, email, phone, or text notification. We work hard to ensure that our software can work with every restaurant, so if you'd like to receive orders another way let us know.

If you already have any Point of Sale (POS) system, fax, or email client at your restaurant, you don't need any extra hardware. We can also send orders by automated phone call or text message. If you don't have any of these available, we can help you install a fax machine to begin receiving orders.

Our credit card processing is fully secure and compliant with PCI DSS standards. Braintree, our partner gateway, is well-established and reputable: it's trusted by top companies including OpenTable, LivingSocial, and Uber. We encrypt, store and process credit card information only through Braintree's secure servers, keeping your customers' credit card information safe and sound.

All you have to do is email us at [email protected] with any changes, and we'll take care of the rest. We do support multiple menus for different dayparts- just give us all of your menus and your apps will automatically switch between them at the correct times.

Soon, we'll offer a website to manage your menu and other details on your own, with no need to contact us (unless you want to!).

It's not a problem if you don't have a website yet! We can set up your mobile apps without any need for a site.

We can set you up with a basic ordering-only website or build online ordering into your Facebook page. However, an online presence is a powerful way to attract customers, and we are able to help you build a fully-featured website for your restaurant. Don't hesitate to contact us to learn more!

Once your online ordering website and mobile apps are built, getting them into the hands of your customers is the most important thing! We work closely with our clients to develop marketing campaigns that work for you. We can help design flyers, check presenter inserts, table tents, and more in order to get the message out to your customers. We'll promote your new apps through our social media channels, and can help you start a campaign through your own.
